A clearer picture
of every room.

A 115-key hotel, modeled room by room in the browser. Full-floor and guest-room 3D tied directly to FF&E checklists, drawings, and field photos, so contractors see what goes where and what's left. Built by a PM who walks the floor it tracks.

THE PERSON BEHIND IRONSTACK / 04

A construction PM
who builds systems.

I’m Austin Jones. I bring more than a decade of construction experience to the way I design apps, organize information, and use AI.

I define the requirements, direct development with Claude Code and Codex, handle integrations, and check the output against the construction workflow. The goal is simple: something people can actually use.

That approach extends to adoption. At a previous company, I trained approximately 15 people on Sage Construction Project Center and built workflows for RFIs, submittals, plan changes, inspections, and safety documentation.
